How Mumzi collects, uses and protects personal information on this website and waitlist. Last updated August 2026.
Mumzi (“we”, “us”) operates this website as a public-facing layer for brand discovery, education, waitlist acquisition and, after launch, app downloads. This policy explains what we collect and why. It is written for the current waitlist-phase website and will be updated as the live product expands.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect your full name, email address, optional phone number, motherhood stage, city and how you heard about Mumzi, plus your consent to this policy and our Terms. When you contact us we collect your name, email, subject and message. We also use cookies and similar technologies to improve the website experience, understand usage and support our marketing.
How we use it
Waitlist details are used to tell you when early access and launch updates are available, and to understand demand by stage and city. Contact messages are used to respond to enquiries, including seller, host, partnership and press requests. Usage data helps us improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers who help us operate the website, store submissions or send email — only as needed for those purposes. We may also share information if required by law.
Retention and your choices
We keep waitlist and contact records for as long as needed to run launch communications and respond to you, then delete or anonymise them when they are no longer required. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by writing through the Contact page.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to improve the website experience, understand usage and support our marketing. See this page and the cookie notice on the site for details. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Contact
Questions about privacy can be sent through our Contact page. The Mumzi mobile app will have its own in-app privacy terms when it launches; this policy covers the public website.
