Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Mumzi website, waitlist and related public pages. Last updated August 2026.

By using this website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. The website introduces Mumzi. The core product experience will live in the Mumzi mobile app and will be covered by additional terms when the app launches.

The website

Content on this site is for information and education. Mumzi Learn is not medical advice and does not replace qualified professional care. We may update copy, pages and features as the product develops. Waitlist registration does not guarantee access on a particular date.

Waitlist and enquiries

You agree to provide accurate information when you join the waitlist or send a message. Seller and host applications are subject to review, verification and Mumzi's standards. We may decline applications that do not fit our audience or safety requirements.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or submit unlawful, harmful or misleading content. We may remove content or restrict access where needed to protect users and the platform.

Liability

The website is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on educational content or from delays in launch communications. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms as Mumzi grows. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms. For questions, use the Contact page.
